For me yoga has been a vehicle for change and transition in my life. I think the consistency of my practice (every day if only for 15 minutes) has played a big part in that. I vary my practice depending on how I feel that day. My practice gets me in touch with those feelings and helps me to intensify them or transform them depending on my needs. This blog is dedicated to sharing with others the power of yoga and offerring to each other the inspirations for our practise. It is also a good vehicle for feedback about what you like in a yoga class and what you could do without. The feedback loop helps all teachers to meet the needs of students everywhere.
Namaste

It's now May 10th and spring is coming to San Diego. Think about how the changing of the seasons can change your yoga practice. What asana represents how you feel in the energizing warmth of a spring morning. What pose suits the warm evening around sunset. Asanas represent our state of mind. Learn to connect the two.
Good words.
